The Nox
The Nox is a toy that I’ve been eyeing since probably August. Well, it was one of about five on the Bad Dragon website. I ended up really liking this one for a handful of reasons that I’ll get into further down. When I found out about the Black Friday sale, I figured I would take a shot and see if I could get a Nox with a cum tube (Which is what I wanted) and as luck would have it, I managed to get one! Shipping was pretty quick, it took about a week to get here and it arrived in a plain brown box that was pretty discreet. Opening the box, the Nox was wrapped neatly in a protective packaging along with a complimentary bottle of the Bad Dragon Cum Lube and a sticker. It was also tucked safely into wrapping paper that had different dildos on it. This cracked me up but I loved it.

When I was first looking at the Nox, I planned on getting a small one with the soft firmness. The one that was listed for the black friday sale was a small with medium firmness. I’m glad I snagged one with medium firmness because even then, it’s still pretty flimsy…not flimsy but super flexible. I almost would have gone with the firm had I known…. possibly… in short, it’s worth spending the $10.00 on the sample pack of firmness disks if you’re not familiar with the products. Next time around, I’ll also spend the additional $30.00 on a medium instead of a small just for a little more length but the thickness of the head and shaft prevent me from doing so.
The dimensions for the small are as following:
Circumference of the Head: 4.5″

Total length (without the cum tube attachment): 6.75″
Usable length: 5.75″ (The usuable length on the medium is 7″)
I also ended up snagging the onyx with silver dazzle colored one which I wanted mostly because, hi…it’s glittery and if you know me, I like all things sparkly. I can’t help it. My ONLY complaint about this is that in the photos, the silver speckles almost make it look dirty. It’s not, it’s just the coloring.
I liked the overall design of this toy, which was something I wasn’t entirely sure about. The Nox is the first dildo I’ve had, mainly because as I’ve mentioned in other blogs, clitoral stimulation is what gets me to orgasm. The base was wide enough to grip comfortably and the shaft, while relatively smooth, had enough makeshift veins/muscular textures that it provided a little extra. I also liked the slight curve to it. In my opinion, that slight curve pressed in all the right places. My only wish was that it had more length. One thing that would have been cool and I don’t think the company will do this on custom orders, would be being able to change some of the dimension but because of the molds needed to do stuff like that, I highly, highly doubt that will ever be an option. The head was also slightly intimidating as well as the thickness of the shaft but both ended up being workable after a little bit of play. If you’re on the tighter side like I am, I suggest some water based lube (this is a silicone toy so it’s important to make sure you’re using water based.) or using another toy to ‘warm up’ first. Once in, I was actually blown away by this. I really, really, didn’t think a dildo would do anything for me but even on its on, it did. Paired with a bullet? The Nox pretty much rocked my world. So much so, I wouldn’t even gawk at the price like I did the first time I looked at the website.
As I mentioned, the one that I got has the cum tube add on (The adds $20.00 to the price.) Because this is a fetish for me, it was something that I wasn’t willing to negotiate on the toy having or not having. It was a must for me. I wasn’t entirely sure how I was going to like this feature but I actually ended up really enjoying it. It played off a serious fetish for me and added so much more to solo play. The tube itself is pretty long, actually, I think it’s a little too long and it comes with a syringe to inject to cum lube. Personally, I would love to see the tube much shorter. The length makes it difficult to make sure it’s REALLY clean, I make sure to run several syringes full of warm soap water, then a few full of plain water, and then push some air through because it seems that water does tend to stay in there so I try to push as much out as I can. I leave it out to air dry and check it thoroughly before storing away. I also store this one away from all of my other toys.
These syringes are pretty easy to clean and disinfect. I would replace every so often but I also have hundreds of these lying around because I have a horse that needs medications orally so I buy in bulk. I know most normal people don’t do that but they’re relatively cheap at $1 and change a piece. The company also added in an 8oz bottle of the water based cum lube (the white one, not the clear one.) I was a little sketched out about it at first, but I liked this lube A LOT. The coloring was a bonus for me because again, it fed into the fetish for me. I’ve tried finding other cum lubes and this one for size, color, and cost ($7.00 for 8oz) it was the best bet. I suggest ordering it along with a toy because I couldn’t justify the $13.00 shipping for a single bottle which is why I haven’t ordered more yet. It took me a little bit to get past the extreme stickiness of it (That’s just a thing for me, I’m not big on being all sticky) but once it was being used during play, it quickly became one of the best lubes I’ve used. I’m also pretty sensitive and have some allergy issues and I had no problems or reactions to this lube. It was pretty easy to clean up too, which surprised me given the stickiness and washed off easily with warm water and soap. One thing that I think is really important to note, I squeezed the tip slightly and it seems that the lube does get caught up in the hole it ejects from so REALLY pay attention to that when you’re cleaning this toy. I only used a small amount of lube when I tried it (probably 10cc or less) and as you can see, it barely touched what was in the bottle. It didn’t dry out quickly and it really helped with working the Nox in.

Over all, I really like this dildo and I’m glad I spent the money on it. Bad Dragon has SO many different options and has some of the cooler fantasy style tools that I’ve seen. Their products are also high quality which makes me feel WAY better about using them. Some of the cheaper products from other companies are quite questionable but not this. I suggest taking some time to read or listen to some reviews on the different toys they have because it made a difference for me when choosing. They also have more than dildos and lubes (the cum lube comes in white in clear), they also have male masturbators, wereables, packers, mini vibes, and “lil’ squirts” which are mini versions with the cumtubes.
The over all price of this one with tax and shipping was $107.96. As I mentioned, I got it during the Black Friday sale so it was 40% off bringing it down to $69.96.
One thing I will say, if you’re going to wait for the Black Friday sale, prepare to have a TON of patience. I spent two hours, yes…two hours, refreshing the page every five seconds. Things were selling out faster than the pages loaded and the site crashed more than it worked during the sale period. It was also a mad rush to grab what you wanted because once it was in the cart, you had fifteen minutes to check out or it would empty your cart. I think that’s a little ridiculous and the sale should have been longer than an hour. There were SO many issues and it was so frustrating that I’m not even sure it was worth the hefty discount. I know a lot of people couldn’t even get anything because they couldn’t get on the site.
All and all, I would recommend Bad Dragon and their toys. I’ve had mine for about a month now and genuinely love it.
